Trident threads are 0.9mm for 16GA (1.2mm) jewelry. 1.2mm for 14GA (1.6mm) jewelry. Our threads are interchangeable with many other brands however if this is an issue for you it is best for you to confirm. Our threadless pins are around 0.45mm this slightly varies on the type of jewelry as each style has different pressure points to be made most secure.

All Trident orders are double checked and photographed before the order is shipped to insure it is correct. If there is any issue with your order please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
If in the rare event you have damaged or faulty items, Trident offer a warranty guarantee or money back as long as the item has not been altered or worn. The item will need to be photographed and emailed with the description of fault sent to info@tridentbodyjewelry.com
